Description

Barnsley Council are looking to engage a provider to produce around 90,000 local Area Council specific magazines to homes within the Borough. There will be 5 versions of the magazine produced, twice annually, with the first publication to be delivered July/August 2018.

The design and production of the magazine must be cost neutral to the Council, so will be funded by the paid advertising included.
