Description

The British Embassy Paris regularly has visits from delegations for large (COP21) and smaller events that require hired transport. In 2016, there has been both Euro2016 and Somme 100th. For each event we were required to go through a tender process due to the costs involved which is very labour intensive both for ourselves and the companies that tender. We have now decided, therefore, to tender for a 3-4 year contract for all hired transport in France to reduce our man hours while ensuring value for money. It is anticipated that most of the work will be in the Paris area with some larger events elsewhere in France.
