Description

The provision of 52 OffSite volumetric homes in five sites in West Dorset and the possible extension / replacement with 93 homes in six sites throughout South Somerset, West Dorset and North Dorset, and possibly up to 600 by 2021, and possibly further yet to be identified homes. In accordance with Recital (62) of Directive 2014/24/EU, in respect of setting longer periods for individual contracts based on a framework, the total duration of this call off contract may be two years plus two years plus four years, with break reviews at two yearly intervals.
