Soft Market Engagement
Time recording is used to support resource capitalisation for projects delivered by/ within ITCS. Time recording is the process by which members of the department record their time spent during the working day on plan, build and run activities.
For definition:
Plan/ Build - all activity (typically projects) that enhance or uplift existing systems and services, or create new functionality or services
Run - all the activity that we need to carry out to maintain our current systems and services - also often referred to as 'BAU' or 'Keeping the lights on'
There are expected to be around 150 active user accounts with between 300-500 concurrent project codes.
