The North East Leadership Academy (NELA) is a partnership organisation providing leadership development to Senior Leaders and Managers in the North East and Cumbria. NELA is a local delivery partner of the NHS National Leadership Academy who work to support and embed leadership across the NHS and wider health and social care system. NELA are looking to provide a Clinical Leadership Programme from organisations that can design and deliver a bespoke development programme for Clinical Leaders working across the North East and Cumbria.
