Description

The works that form this contract will be undertaken on a scheduled basis for servicing work and on demand for day to day maintenance to lifting equipment installed in domestic housing stock, sheltered housing complex and public buildings managed by the Company.
The work required to be undertaken under the terms of this contract are as follows:
24 hour maintenance, servicing and safety checking of stair lifts, ceiling track hoists, through the floor lifts, step lifts, rise and fall baths, passenger lifts and platform lifts
No warranty is given to the Bidder (Contractor upon award of the Contract) by the Client as to the amount (if any) or nature of the work which may be required to be carried out by the Contractor during the agreement period and no claim for compensation either contractual or otherwise will be accepted in respect of any variation in the volume of the work.
