Description

The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake reedbed habitat works and to construct an artificial Kingfisher Bank as part of the Bittern Information Point (BIP) project at River Lee Country Park, Fishers Green, Essex.

The BIP project will see the construction of a new hide and information point viewing the reedbeds at Fishers Green. A separate element of the project is habitat improvement works to improve the quality of the reedbed viewable from the hide for Bitterns and other species.

The successful contractor for the habitat works and Kingfisher Bank will work with Authority staff and the nominated architect throughout the project from scoping requirements and design through to delivery.
