Description
3CICT are looking for a commercial off the shelf solution (COTS). The new ICT training platform must be able to support a large number of users simultaneously without any decline in performance. It should feature robust security measures to safeguard both user data and course content. The platform should be accessible across a range of devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Ideally the platform will integrate seamlessly with other tools, such as the Huntingdonshire District Council Kallidus iLearn platform. Availability 24/7 with minimal downtime is crucial, along with fast load times and efficient resource management to optimise user experience. Our service is made up of 90 users. We intend to purchase a number of licences with the ability to reassign each licence across the departments when needed.
