Description
The Wellbeing Check-in program will provide all front line consular staff with quarterly 50 minute sessions with an external professional to discuss the impact of their work on their wellbeing and how to manage this. We will require a supplier who can provide this service in the UK and internationally. These check-in sessions will be rolled-out across the consular network in two phases. Once fully rolled-out across the consular network this will be an ongoing commitment.
