Description
North Hertfordshire District Council requires quotations for the lease, supply, installation, and maintenance of nine (9) Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) across four sites, together with print management software, inclusive consumables, training, and support.
The contract shall deliver:
Secure, reliable, and efficient printing (mono and colour).
On-premise print management software with Active Directory integration, secure release, scan-to-me, and departmental reporting.
All-inclusive service and consumables (service, parts, toner, staples, delivery, installation, training).
Strong SLAs with ≥99% uptime and prompt resolution targets.
Sustainability measures including recycled materials, toner recycling, and CO₂ reporting
