Design & Build building contract to deliver the following:
- Build new sports pavilion including all associated infrastructure, foundations and building services.
- Fit-Out will be by the Employer.
- Asphalt concrete surface course to Vehicle Crossing, Footway and Car Park, including raising the car park manholes to finished levels
- Thermoplastic white and yellow lining to car park
