Description

St John's Public Toilets, Sevenoaks. Reconfigure from 3 toilets (gents, ladies, disabled) into 1 toilet (combined use), remove existing doors and frames and brick up in matching bricks, render and tile where necessary.

Removal of existing/redundant plumbing and seal off; removal of existing internal walls.

Fit toilet with wired smoke/heat alarm.

Replace current electrics and replace with new current regulations.

External woodwork to be rubbed back and re-stained.
