Description

HS2 Ltd is currently in the process of developing its asset management maturity and capability to enable Railway, Stations and Depot assets to be operated in a manner which optimises performance, cost and risk over the lifetime of the railway.

To help HS2 Ltd to develop its asset management maturity and capability, HS2 Ltd wish to procure the support of a Supplier to:

1) Review and critique HS2 Ltd's current Asset Information Management System; and

2) Create the first addition of a Strategic Asset Management Plan document that provides a plan to deliver Asset Management Excellence and HS2's vision.

Following the completion of this work it is anticipated that HS2 Ltd will be in a more informed position to define the present and future Asset Management System required for the organisation to delivers its Asset Management Objectives by 2026.
