Description

Rushcliffe Borough Council invited further competition responses via the Procure Partnerships framework for projects over £12m, for the supply of works in respect of the construction of a new carbon neutral leisure centre and offices to include a new 25 m competition pool, learner pool, gym, new community centre and office development. Works include working alongside an existing railway, new Section 278 works to the entrance, utilities diversions, utility upgrades and overall external works package aligning the project with the wider public area. All of which is located of Chapel Lane, Bingham, Nottinghamshire. A 12 month defect liability period applies to this project.
