Description

The service which is being procured as part of this Procurement is the long term agreements
of Insurance for Lincolnshire County Council (including Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue). The
Council's requirement is made up of; general underwriting, sustainable commissioning and
claims handling and is broken down into 9 lots.

Please note that the lotting structure is the same as the advertised PIN however, the Council
have decided to remove some lots from this tender and these will be tendered separately at a
later time. Further detail is provided in the ITT documents.

The Contract will run for a period of three (3) years commencing 1st April 2023,
automatically expiring 31st March 2026.

There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by one period of two (2) years.
The ultimate expiry date will be 31st March 2028 if the extension period is taken.
