Description
The project aims to deliver a cost effective and specifically sized solution per site. The system should be able to offer local resources independently of the wider topology in which it resides, we need to strike a balance between cost and risk with options such as 'high availability', instant recovery and failover/failback being available but not required.
Any proposal should be easily manageable by a range of geographically diverse staff using Roles Based Access Control principles, health reporting and alerting is required, any issue needs to be simple to remediate.
To save on backup costs, it would be preferred if the proposal could protect itself both locally and by synchronizing with a peer on another remote site via existing site to site links (100Mbps minimum).
Specific sizing could be done post award; however, it is essential that respondents can demonstrate general and specific requirements can be met.
A per site and global implementation schedule is required showing key system milestones such as installation migration and cessation.
