Description

The Authority wishes to establish an Agreement/Contract for the provision of
Equipment & Services
No less than 180 gaming consoles that allow play for up
300 people per session at MSI
325 people per session at SM
A range of games that can be played on the above consoles that will appeal to a range of gamers and tastes with enough controllers for each game available
An Event Manager to be the day to day contact for the duration of the contract
On-site technical staff are required to-maintain the hardware and software for all agreed sessions
AV/production, venue decoration and content subject to approval by SCMG.
