Description

BEIS has appointed legal advisers to support a programme to develop carbon, capture, usage and storage capability ("CCUS") in the UK. This will include:
- Support overarching design of CCUS business models and the work programme to enable deployment during the 2020s and beyond.
- Advisory and drafting support to work up legal structures to establish the CCUS business models.
- Advisory support on legal issues associated with any commercial engagement with CCUS projects.
