Description

Stoke on Trent City Council wish to procure a framework of providers that can undertake Mental Health Assessments as part of the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Assessment process. This is a joint contract between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Staffordshire County Council, where Stoke are the lead. The requirement is separated into two lots - 1 - (Mandatory) - DOLS. 2 - (Optional) - Community Dols
