Stoke on Trent City Council wish to procure a framework of providers that can undertake Mental Health Assessments as part of the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Assessment process. This is a joint contract between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Staffordshire County Council, where Stoke are the lead.
