Description

Freshservice is an IT Service Management (ITSM) Toolset which helps regulate, manage and deliver IT services to meet the needs of an organisation. It ensures that the appropriate mix of people, budgets, processes, and outcomes are in place to provide value. The main driver for procuring Freshservice is the need to bring the IT service desk function in house who will be the primary user of this toolset, as part of the ongoing ICT desegregation project within the IOPC. Having this ITSM toolset in place will greatly enhance how ICT services are delivered towards the Business.
