Description

Newport & Carisbrooke Community Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors / shopfitters to tender for alterations to and refurbishment of an existing retail unit to form a community hub at 64 High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight. The property is an existing two storey retail unit with a gross internal area of approximately 319m². Alterations will provide exhibition spaces, meeting rooms, office accommodation and associated ancillary areas. The scheme includes the formation of a through floor opening in the existing first floor to create an atrium.
