Description
The Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) is a national scheme administered on a local basis by Wirral Council as administering authority of Merseyside Pension Fund (MPF), providing current and future benefits for over 140,000 scheme members.
Using an inhouse administration model, the Fund is required to demonstrate 'value-for-money' to its many stakeholders. The scope of this contract is to provide an independent assessment of service quality and cost-effectiveness.
