Description
This Contract is for transport and disposal of landfill leachate produced from selected Durham County Council's landfill sites.
The County Council has a duty as the operator of two permitted landfill sites in County Durham and one closed landfill to control landfill leachate under the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010.
