Description
The overall objectives of the project are:
Objective 1 - To identify the areas of work that make up our business cycle to provide Ofwat with additional assurance that its governance framework is transparent and produce a clear visual representation of our business cycle (the business cycle map).
Objective 2 - Identify and document the processes and controls that need to be in place which give us assurance of delivery of the key components that make up the strategic business cycle.
Objective 3 -. To review our current assurance map (high level control environment) to ensure it aligns with the identified business cycle.
Objective 4 - To test current processes/controls in place to see whether they can be further streamlined and identify gaps in processes and controls, providing recommendations for filling or amending.
