Description

Leeds Community Healthcare provides community healthcare services within the geographical location of Leeds and is seeking applications from suitably qualified providers to deliver sessions of Motivational Interviewing for members of its staff. The contract will be for 2 yrs. plus the option to extend for x1 12 month period (3 years maximum). It is envisaged the contract will commence 01st April 2019 to 31st March 2021 at approx. x4 sessions per annum.
