Description

Tenders are invited for the catering concessions from mobile catering units at Derwent Gardens, Matlock Bath during Matlock Bath Illuminations 2015, 2016 & 2107.

The concessions are for operation for between the hours of 10.00am and 10.00pm every Saturday and Sunday during the duration of the Illuminations Event between the following dates:

Saturday 12 September - Saturday 31 October 2015 (inclusive).
Firework displays on 19 & 26 September, 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 October 2015
Dates to be confirmed for 2016 & 2017 after 2015 event.

Tenders are invited for single or multiple trading concessions including:

a) Sale of hot dogs and burgers and hot and cold drinks
b) Sale of baked potatoes and hot and cold drinks
c) Sale of doughnuts and hot and cold drinks
d) Sale of vegetarian meals and hot and cold drinks
