Description
The Leytonstone BLEN comprises a range of active and sustainable travel infrastructure improvements, traffic management measures that prioritise low and zero emissions transport options, behaviour change initiatives, and increased green infrastructure. The purpose of this tender is to commission consultants to develop and deliver a methodology to achieve the required objectives for two items in the range of BLEN proposals and interventions, which are listed below: 1. ULEV Traffic Management/Kerbside Controls Scoping Study 2. Kerbside Activity & Servicing Study to support item 1 above, as well as a range of other initiatives being developed as part of the BLEN As part of this tender, consultants will be required to provide a detailed methodology and strategic delivery process of the methodology including all survey requirements and specification for each item to ensure all objectives and required outcomes are achieved.
