Additional text
-
We already have an existing arrangement with Hitch through the VRN and this campaign builds on that programme of work which will both enhance the value of the prior work and maximise the impact of the new work required.
The work needs to be completed in a very short space of time (by March 2022) in line with Home Office requirements and so there is not time for a tender process nor to bring up to speed an alternative supplier.
Hitch were included in the original bid application.
