Description
UKREiiF is the UK's real estate investment and infrastructure forum. It is a three-day real estate event that was established in 2022, defying expectations, attracting thousands of domestic and international developers, investors, councils and built environment thought leaders. Its aim is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment.
Supported by a high number of regional combined authorities, local councils and Government departments - as well as the largest developers and investors from across the UK and internationally - this event will gather all the key players, influencers and decision makers within the investment and real estate markets to highlight investment and development opportunities, whilst connecting and facilitating new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.

As the organiser for the West Midlands presence at UKREiiF, WMGC have secured a pitch to erect a 200sqm pavilion to act as the West Midlands home during the 3-day UKREiiF conference. In addition, there is a requirement for a 5m rain canopy spanning the entire 20m front of the pavilion and to one side.
Mandatory Requirements
Contractor Agreement - the successful supplier will be expected to enter into a Contractor Agreement with UKREiiF.
Health & Safety - the successful supplier will be expected to provide Risk Assessments, Method Statements and any PAT Testing Certification as required by either WMGC or the event organiser. This will include a Health & Safety Declaration form. A sample of last years agreement is included in the RFQ document set.
CAD Plans - the successful supplier must be able to provide a final set of CAD plans for the build.
Pavilion Space
We have a 20m x 10m space to build on.
The pavilion will sit within the Tiltyard at Leeds Royal Armouries Museum.
Required Elements
- 20m x 10m Clearspan Premium Structure with Curved PVC Roof
- X3 2.5m Glass Double Door with Emergency Exit Bar (c/w Door Key): x2 on the front of the pavilion and x1 on door side of bay.
- X2 8x4 Ramps with green astro turf (x1 for the front entrance & x1 for the side door)
- 20m frontage to be glass, sides and rear to be solid walls.
- 5m width clear rain canopy to run along the front of the pavilion
