Description

A multi-purpose thin film X-ray diffractometer configurable by trained users to serve two principal functions:

1) High throughput (HT) screening of arrays of small samples to generate data suitable for phase identification.
2) Collecting high-resolution diffraction data of sufficient quality for the structural characterisation of single and polycrystalline thin films.
