Description

Leicester City Council Public Health team, wished to procure a Customer Service Training Partner, to deliver training to three groups of staff. The training will help staff understand the core swimming services the Service has to offer and support them to ensure they are confident in managing the sales process around swimming lessons, swim only memberships and general casual swimming. This will be for 2 of the 7 leisure centres Leicester City Council's Sports Services manage.
