Description

The provision of a Tenancy Relations Service and Leasehold Advice Service (the "Service") which will provide a general advice service on all aspects of housing law. This includes advice on security of tenure, rent and rent arrears, disrepair, possession, leasehold legislation, deposit protection and licensing. The service provider is required to accept all referrals from the Council's Housing Advice Centre of all private tenants & social housing tenants suffering harassment, unlawful eviction or interference with quiet enjoyment of property from a Landlord. In addition, the service provider is required to accept all referrals of leaseholders from the Council's Housing Advice Centre
