Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for supporting the development of the overall efficiency case for RIS2. The contract will specifically support the Strategy and Planning Directorate.
The team require the expertise and advice necessary to support the development of its efficiency case for RIS2 as part of the Draft Strategic Business Plan, and also to respond to ORR queries in this area as part of its business review.
