Description

To undertake the revision of a Heat Network Feasibility Study carried out by the Authority in 2015 for the Killingworth Town Centre Area. Provide refreshed network options including the use of minewater and geothermal heat to be assessed by the Climate Board and progress a preferred option to an outline technical and economic feasibility stage.
