Description

Service Aims and Objectives

The Authority considers that consultancy is an essential requirement across all areas of the services it delivers.

The Authority may procure works under this DPS in a variety of ways including but not limited to, individual/single consultancy service, or a block of services over a specified period linked to a specific project.

Service to be Provided

The DPS is divided into the following High Level Lots based on the specific categories of services to be provided: -

Lot 1 - Acoustic
Lot 2 - Architect
Lot 3 - Design
Lot 4 - Ecology
Lot 5 - Energy efficiency and associated products
Lot 6 - Engineering
Lot 7 - Fire Safety
Lot 8 - Land including (but not limited to):
o Archaeologist

o geotech engineer

o ground investigation

o topographical surveys
o underground surveys

Lot 9 - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
Lot 10 - Multi-disciplinary
Lot 11 - Principal designer
Lot 12 - Project management
Lot 13 - Quantity surveying
Lot 14 - Structural engineer

The Authority reserves the right to review and update the structure and content of any/all Lot(s) contained within the DPS at any time during the life of the DPS to ensure that it remains consistently effective and efficient.

Full details of the services required will be determined by the Authority and agreed at call-off.

The number of consultancy services required by the Authority is not guaranteed and is dependent on demand and budget constraints.
