The Council is seeking a suitable contractor for the complete re-decoration of all previously decorated surfaces to the internal communal areas of Philippa House, including, main entrance lobby, manager's office, stores, communal lounge, kitchen, toilet, and corridor to laundry room, laundry room, staircases, landings and first floor corridors. The renewal of the carpets to the staircases, landings and first floor corridors, as well as, the renewal of all coir entrance Mats.
