Description

Royal Borough Greenwich invites bids for a provider to deliver Electoral Print Services material that complies with electoral law and to the specification of the Royal Borough of Greenwich's electoral team in a manner that minimises the risk of error that would seriously impact the need to deliver high quality electoral services to residents at the best value.

The successful provider will provide high quality management processes to deliver the products required and to identify and mitigate risk. The contract will cover all statutory elections and by-elections during the contracted period and be capable of taking data from all electoral management systems delivering to a reasonable timetable.

The contract will be for a period of two (2) years. Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents.This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis Procontract e-tendering suite. To participate in
the procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-tendering suite.
