Description

Wyre Forest DC on behalf of Kidderminster Town Council are procuring a Contractor for the repair of stone facade at Kidderminster Town Hall. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Open Route.
Following a condition report of the facade at Kidderminster Town Hall, it has been identified that a number of different stone and brickwork repairs are required. Listed building consent has already been approved to carry out the works described in this tender document.
It is an essential requirement of the contract that all suppliers who wish to tender attend a site visit, any submissions received from bidders who have not attended a site visit will be disqualified.
