Description

The Strategic HR Services framework will offer customers a wide range of recruitment and HR services, to
include:

Lot 1: Executive and Managerial Interim Recruitment. This lot will also contain several sub-lots, to break down the requirement:
• -Lot 1a - Admin, HR and Business Support,
• Lot 1b - Blue Light and Emergency Services,
• Lot 1c - Commercial (Finance, Procurement and Legal),
• Lot 1d - Education,
• Lot 1e - Health and Social Care,
• Lot 1f - IT, Digital, Media and Marketing.
Lot 2: Executive and Managerial Permanent Recruitment.
Lot 3: Multi-role Temporary Recruitment.
Lot 4: Multi-role Permanent Recruitment.
Lot 5: Assessment & Testing Services.
Lot 6: Outplacement & Career Transition Services.
Lot 7: HR Business Process Outsourcing. This lot will also contain several sub-lots, to break down the requirement:
• Lot 7a - Recruitment,
• Lot 7b - Absence Management,
• Lot 7c - Payroll,
• Lot 7d - Contracts,
• Lot 7e - Discipline and Grievance,
• Lot 7f - New Starters/Leavers,
• Lot 7g - Organisational Development,
• Lot 7h - HR Helplines,
• Lot 7i - Statutory Employment Checks (DBS/Right to Work).

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.

As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire and Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
