Description

ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council wish to appointment a suitable qualified contractor to create a new ecological marshland for over - wintering birds. The scope of the contract will include(but not exclusively) the creation of scrapes and bunds, raised islands for bird roosting, lagoons and an earth friendly bird hide building alongside a carpark.
