INFORMATION ON SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT SESSION

The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-tendering system for the procurement.

The Contracting Authority will be holding a Supplier Engagement Day on Monday 18th June 2018. Details are here:

The supplier engagement will take place in two parts:

Firstly, a Supplier Engagement forum session will take place from 14:30-16:00 Monday 18 June. The event will take place in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Main Building, King Charles Street, London SW1A 2AH. The forum event will offer a chance to brief suppliers on our requirements and procurement approach, along with a opportunity for supplier questions. Should suppliers wish to attend this forum event, please register your interest and confirm your planned attendees with chris.lilley@fco.gov.uk before 16:00 BST on Monday 11 June. (Please note, we are limiting attendance to two individuals per supplier).

Secondly, we are offering optional 1-1 meeting slots with interested suppliers, on a first come-first saved basis. These 1-1 meetings will take place in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Main Building, King Charles Street, London SW1A 2AH, late on Monday 18 June, or Tuesday 19 June in the following slots:

- Monday 18 June 2018: 16:00-17:00.
- Tuesday 19 June 2018: 13:00-14:00
- Tuesday 19 June 2018: 14:00-15:00
- Tuesday 19 June 2018: 15:00-16:00
- Tuesday 19 June: 16:00-17:00

The 1-1 meetings are an optional opportunity for a more in-depth conversation about requirements and supplier ideas/suggestions. Should suppliers wish to attend these optional 1-1 events, please register your interest, along with your preferred slot and your planned attendees with chris.lilley@fco.gov.uk before 16:00 BST on Monday 11 June. (Please note, we are limiting attendance in optional 1-1 meetings to two individuals per supplier).

Subject to the volume of supplier interest, more 1-1 meeting dates/slots may be added in w/b Monday 18 June 2018, if required.
