Description

Reed in Partnership intends to bid for the Norfolk Individual Placement and Support (IPS) contract, commissioned by the NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board.

Delivery is expected to commence on 1st April 2025, for a five year period, covering the whole of Norfolk.

The IPS programme is designed to provide intensive, individual support aiming to help people with severe mental health issues to gain and retain paid, competitive employment. Staff will be based in secondary mental health teams in Norfolk and Waveney, with employment specialists working in close collaboration with clinical staff. They will also work with employers to seek employment opportunities for individuals and with any individuals who express an interest in employment to achieve an employment outcome. Delivery is expected to be predominantly face-to-face.

Delivery must align with the IPS Fidelity model.

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of:
1. Delivering IPS contracts to individuals with severe mental health needs
2. Adherence to the IPS Fidelity model
3. Integrating services with Norfolk Primary Care Networks and Secondary Mental Health teams.
