Market Making and Viability Assessment for a 26-hectare brownfield site located on the waterfront at Barrow-in-Furness. This assessment will identify housing drivers that will influence the housing market for this site, price points, and the likely impact upon the wider housing market in Barrow in Furness. It will provide a light touch review of the constraints to development and design; affordability and tenures and will undertake a financial viability assessment to recommend ways in which this site can be funded, parcelled, and promoted to support the council to dispose of the site and enable delivery of an estimated 700 new housing units over a phased approach\r
