A new Tender will be re-issued with appropriate amendments due to a change in circumstances.(The Authority is undertaking an open procurement process on behalf of itself for a provider to carry out Building Services and maintenance at the NARU Facility based in Winterbourne Gunner, Near Salisbury.

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a Contract for the provision of Building and services and maintenance. It is anticipated that the Authority will appoint a Primary and Secondary supplier on award of this tender.)
