Description

Nottingham City Council (the 'Authority' or 'Employer') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for the execution of works.
The Day Brook is a small watercourse which flows in a north east to south west direction broadly parallel to Valley Road in north Nottingham. This project involves relatively minor landscape works to complete an Environmental Permit issued by the Environment Agency to Nottingham City Council for the creation of an open channel through Valley Road Park (in place of an old culvert), and landscaping works to improve the surrounding environment. The scheme has been divided into four items in Valley Road Park and Jason Spencer Sports Ground, both of which are located adjacent to Valley Road
