Description
Northumberland County Council is the accountable body for the Big Lottery (BL) Building Better Opportunities Northumberland Bridge Project. Bridge is a partnership project to help Northumberland residents who are unemployed and socially excluded to become economically active. The Council has an agreement with VioCes Northumberland, a third sector body, to manage a partnership of voluntary and community sector organisations, to deliver the project. The project is funded by Big Lottery using the European Social Fund (ESF).
As part of the funding agreement, the lead accountable body is required to commission an external and independent evaluation of the project for BL. A consultant will be required to conduct an evaluation across the project
