Description
The Care Quality Commission ("CQC") requires a suitably qualified supplier (the "Contractor") with a substantial pool of qualified coaches to deliver 1:1 executive coaching to deliver up to six (6) bespoke 1-2-1 two-hour Executive Coaching sessions that support areas of development to lead to improved performance as and when required.
The ability to deliver coaching services at multiple locations is essential and the selected supplier should be able to support colleagues with a mix of needs e.g. influencing, communication style, optimising personal impact and performance.
We require:
• Supplier's able to provide sufficiently qualified coaches to provide coaching for up to fifteen (15) Coachees on an annual basis
• Coaching sessions tailored to the individuals identified needs and a timetable for delivery
• Coaches able to provide evidence of professional qualifications that are recognised by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Practitioner Level or which has been provided through an accredited learning body such as a University or the ILM
• More than one coach available to chemistry match prior to commencement of coaching
• The ability to deliver psychometric testing as part of the coaching offer
The maximum value of this contract will be £42,000.00 per annum (inclusive of VAT) to deliver up to fifteen (15) x six (6) coaching sessions and bids above this price will not be considered.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence in 1 April 2019. The contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months with the option to extend by two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months.

- browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://cqc-commercial.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register Bravo Project reference = Project_232
- accept the terms and conditions and click "continue",
- enter your correct business and user details,
- note the username you chose and click "Save" when complete,
- you will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure).
Step 2. Accessing the ITT:
- login to the portal with the username / password,
- click the "ITTs Open To All Suppliers" link (This area in Bravo contains CQC's Invitation to Tender opportunities (ITT's) open to any registered supplier),
- click on the relevant "ITT" to access the content,
- click the "Express Interest" button at the top of the page,
- this will move the "ITT" into your "My ITTs" page (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only),
- you can now access any attachments by clicking "Buyer Attachments" in the "ITT" Details" box to respond to the ITT,
-Note the deadline for completion and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the ITT
- You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
