Description

Elmbridge Borough Council are approaching experienced suppliers, with the view of them responding to an opportunity to resurface two tracks. These are at Esher Common and Oxshott Heath. The Works is scheduled to commencing in August 2020. The Council has a plan to be carbon neutral by 2030, as a result bidders are advised to consider how they may contribute to this plan, whilst ensuring observation of social distancing measures currently in place
