Description
Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of generation of grant applications for the Business Growth Programme (BGP).
This contract will be for a duration of up to 8 months until 31/12/2018.
We are looking to appoint an external company to generate 200 completed applications eligible for BGP funding and deliver a Marketing/PR campaign on behalf of BCC across the 3 LEP areas. The objective of the campaign is to fully allocate the ?7m remaining grant funding and develop a pipeline of SMEs for BGP 2.
We would need you to:
1. Generate 200 eligible and completed SME applications to fully allocate the remaining ?7m grant funding
2. Identify the Delivery Plan to be used to promote the BGP to the target audience groups
3. Generate media coverage across the 3 LEP areas
4. Use all suitable and appropriate means available to promote the BGP effectively
5. Produce a minimum of 5 case studies
6. Produce regular campaign updates and full post campaign evaluation
7. Include a press cutting service.
Assessment and evaluation success measures will include:-
o the value for money provided
o total number of impacts of the campaign
o awareness and publicity generated through media coverage
o number of releases produced and key messages communicated
o number of BGP case studies
o overall campaign success will be measured by the commitment of ?7m grant funding pot and an application pipeline for BGP 2.
