Description

Alliance Homes are looking to procure a new intranet for all staff, including both office and mobile workers. The intranet will be required to operate on a number of different devices including desktop PC's, mobiles and tablets. For exact requirements including features and technical requirements please see the attached Invite to Tender (Schedule 1).

Suppliers are required to complete both the Supplier Response Requirements documents (Schedule 2), as well as the pricing schedule (Schedule 3), but may return their quality question responses in their own format. However, responses should follow and relate directly to the questions asked in Schedule 2, and must be clearly numbered and referenced. A single response that covers all questions will not be considered and will not be marked.

Suppliers will be invited to present their product to an evaluation panel and will be scored according to the criteria provided in Schedule 2. This presentation will form 40% of the technical response marks.

Tenders must be submitted by 5pm on Monday 30th January 2017. Late responses will not be accepted. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to upload documents etc.
